Packrageous!!

Our annual family BBQ and sleepover at Magness Tree Farm is June 9-10, 2011.  Please save the date on your calendar for this great end of the school year Pack event.  Sign up now at the next pack meeting!

When: Saturday June 9th, starting 2pm, to Sunday June 10, 10am(ish)

Tentative agenda:
           2pm: Opening Flag
           2:15: Let the Games begin!
   4:30: Skit Practice / Free play
           6-ish: Dinner is served
           7pm: Arrow Points and End of the Year awards
           7:30pm: Campfire songs and skits
           9pm: Scout Vespers
           9:30: Lights out (for those staying the night)

For the BBQ:
Pack provides:  Main dish
                       Lemonade
                       Plates and fine plasticware
                       Napkins

You provide:  Chips/crackers (Tigers)
                     Fruit salads (Wolves Den 5, 8)
                     Vegetable/Pasta salads (Wolves Den 11, 12)
                     Desserts (Bears)
                     Beans/Rice/Breads (Webelos)
                      
We will also bring also the tug-o-war ropes, water rockets, and a collection of balls and frisbees.
